We are delighted to welcome all customers – new and existing – to Parsley Box. Since seeing unprecedented levels of demand, we have increased our stock levels and staffing in both our Customer Care centre and our warehouse which means that we can continue to accept orders from both new and existing customers.
In most cases, we will be able to delivery your order within 2-3 working days – however, we have introduced our new Express Delivery Selection which offers 10 of our best-selling meals, delivered to you in 1-2 days, for £29.90. You’ll also see the Express delivery icon and filter on our menu page: if your order contains only meals which have this icon, we can rush them to you in 1-2 days. This is ideal if you need food in hurry, which we know is essential for many customers.
If you provide us with a mobile number at the time of ordering, you’ll receive a text message from our courier which will allow you to track your order. To ensure your safety, our couriers are operating contactless delivery.
We’d also like to reassure you that we have put in place strict safeguarding measures in our warehouse and contact centre to ensure that social distancing is observed. We take the safety of our staff very seriously. Without the efforts our amazing team who are working round the clock to help customers, we wouldn’t be able to continue to deliver our Parsley Box service – which we know is of is particular value to many at this time.
