While building our ready-meal business, it has been an honour and very enjoyable, chatting and getting to know many of our customers. We think that some of our customers life-stories would be of great interest to you.
Dr Hans L Eirew, very kindly placed an order with us mid-February and was happy with Parsley Box service and meals. While conversing, Dr Eirew mentioned that he was in The Highland Division, being an Edinburgh based business which employs ex-servicemen, we asked him to share his experiences.
Dr Eirew was Born Vienna 1924. Attended world famous Koffranek cookery school as school boy. Emigrated to Britain 1939. Studied Manchester and Sheffield Universities. Held clinical posts. Served in army medical service (6.Highland Brigade).

Success was not limited to his medical career. Dr Eirew played water polo for Lancashire and England. If that wasn’t enough he served as a Special Police Constable in his spare time.
Now he is enjoying a much deserved retirement and is a full Member of “Last of the Summer Wine” luncheon club and enjoys time with his grand children. Dr Eirew enjoys a Good Appetite.
